You hit something. Don't blame the cost of wheel for the accident.

cleary you hit something. dont blame the rim on your driving. The same thing would of happened with any rim.

guys that gash is on the inside of the wheel! unless he drove over the whole curb, curbing it shouldent do that, if it was on the outside i would agree but its not... how did you notice? wheel wasent holding air?

Its not really on the inside. Where the chip is would have still been exposed with a tire mounted on the wheel. You know that the tire goes between the lips right?

It happened from hitting something, might not have felt that bad, but it could of hit the wheel just right to chip it. The crack probably started forming after the chip.

And LOL at Hatchy-Ownzjo0

ok its on the inner lip, does that sound better? the lip that faces the car opposed to the outer lip that you see. and i never said he didnt hit anything i said he didt curb it.

Oh **** sorry, I just relooked at the pictures and saw what you are talking about. I thought you meant inside of the lip but its on the inside of wheel on the inside lip. Might have been a pothole or something that snagged it.

he had to his something. If it had been a forged wheel probably would of just bent, but still it would of been ruined. so I rather have a cheap rim that's not gonna cost too much to replace.

I am going to say pot hole on that one. I hit one with my truck and was hard enough to unseat the bead and got sand and gravel in there and was flat in 30 minutes. I learned that 35 series KDW's dont like pot holes.

ICW wheels blow ***.

I had a set on my Si when I bought it and one got bent really easily so I bought a new wheel and sold as soon as I could.

Its not how much they cost.

I had 2 mugen RNR's crack on me just by daily driving them.

You hit something, or something hit the wheel. Wheels just dont get gauges like that.

yea.. dood if you're gonna chrash you're car into a curb it's gonna break something. Has nothing to do with the rim quality, just how dumb you are.
