Default vibration problem

ok all i did today at work was mount and balance two tires, brake booster....and clean the drain tubes of the sunroof....now when i drive it i hear a big clunking noise...

not really a vibration....but i hear something rattling...all i did was tires and i checked to make sure lugs are tight...and it is...the noise goes away when u apply brakes. but once u get up to 30mpg u hear it a lot...coming to a stop u hear it, bumps, but not when u apply the brakes? could a bad rack cause this noise? ball joints? i did lower the car...so could it be something loose? i checked all bolts so yea....could it be axles? i would believe axles would cause vibration...

another thing is the throttle cable adjustable...it seems like my accelrator pedal doesn't retract all the way and sometimes the cable gets kinda stuck making me idle at 1500...but if i physically pull the pedal p it goes back downn?

definitely axles...sometimes even if the boot is good, inside it's broken...
