Doesn't really matter where you run it. A lot of people install it on the fuel filter. It's just a matter of putting fittings on the rail/fuel filter and "T"ing it with the fuel lines.

Yup, just T it off where it plugs into the fuel rail.

are the fittings included with the gauge on camp1320 the only ones needed?

Yes he sells them with the new banjo bolt, new copper washers, and the 90 degree fitting.

1) Take off the old banjo bolt.

2) Install the new banjo bolt with new washers.

3) Put teflon on the 90 degree fitting.

4) Screw 90 degree fitting into banjo bolt. Tighten so that it faces forward.

5) Put teflon on the gauge threads.

6) Screw gauge into 90 degree fitting.
