My friend gave me a Intake manifold, he says it's off of a B16. I was going to use the TB on my D15B and it looks like the IACV is the same as mine as well. The only problem is on top of the TB there is supposed to be a Sensor but there's not just 2 vacc ports one big one, which I have on mine now so thats not a problem but Where the sensor is supposed to be is a little vacc port. So is this because it is obd0 or something? I have pics but can't figure out how to get them to show up.

The other vaccumm port is for you map sensor. It came off a car with a firewall mounted map sensor. Where is your map sensor mounted?

 

My car has the map sensor mounted on the fire wall, but my new motor has it on the TB so I justed moved it. The back of the manifold says PO6 and HF. Which leads me to belive it is off of an HF but the PO6 is a 92-95 Civic DX. Here are the pics

Looking at the back of an obd1 b16 manifold-iacv and brake booster port are lined up.
Looking at the front there's no coolant port facing up next to the #4 injector. b16 iat sensors are always mounted between the injector and plenum.

One question. How is this a 92-95 D if there is no MAP sensor on the TB?

 

D15B7 Motors still had the map on the firewall.

 

92 and i believe 93 civic's had the map sensor on the fire wall and just used a vacuum line to it.
