I took my car to get smogged and the shop told me that they could not locate the obd2 plug for the smog. I came home and looked under the dash, even removed my pannels and still nothing. If the car comes from mexico will it still have the same obd2 harness plug in the same location?

 

they should all be the same... take it to honda and ask about it
