where do i get this gasket?

Default where do i get this gasket?



took the compressor cover off... that little rubber ring expanded for some reason and now the **** won't go back in! where do i get a new one? this is for a turbonetics t3/t4 .63 turbing .60 compressor 57 trim.

did you try to contact the manufacturer to see if they had any they could send you? that would be the first thing i would try

no, i figured they'd take forever to send me one so i'd like to find maybe a local place or an HT sponsor -- i'm very impatient when it comes to ordering things.

Then just buy a new turbo. contact the mfg.

They are ready available through any large turbo manufacture... I would try precision turbo, turbos direct, or turbonetics... They expand like that from being exposed to excessive amounts of oil.. If you are in az, there ar plenty of rep. sources to get them from..

stick it in the freezer to see if it shrinks up..

that or use grey RTV Sealant, Ive found myself using that on some turbos, a thin layer goes on smoothly and comes off smooth, takes 2 minutes to clean out the old if you ahve to seperate the housings.

should i be concerned about the excessive amounts of oil thing? i did buy the turbo used off a member here on HT.. hope i didn't get screwed
