On a serious note, that's a pretty nice turbo... but are you trying to impress a bunch of guys (and girls) on the internet?

OK, you can do this but it sounds like it may change your power output - for the better!

$900 is really the main reason,
I couldent justify spending that much more for the small spool differance.

everyone is second geussing the spool time this and that but im not scared of rev limiter///

you are building a gt42 car (i'd assume at least 700whp) and can't justify putting 900 more dollars in the turbo setup?

you must realy be on a budget!which is good and bad(learn what to make good puchases on) like safety....

THink about this, your turbo can push all the air you want it to but what if other parts wont let the air in! what happens then?

not the best idea with a compressor that flows that much.

safty is #1 agreed! i never skimp on that. as for the other ****, yea im working on geting the good stuff, being a full time student doesent really help nor does best buy 8 hours a week

in all my setups a run pretty big all motor cam or cam(s) and it seems to help with traction alot even if it does loose power ..

dont give me that story... everyone here has no everybody's is different..

Dont get me wrong your building your dream car and you want to be how you want it to be..but try to have fun while building it. 8hrs a week must have taken you almost a year to buy that turbo? take it easy nothing is going nowhere far. never know by the time your project does bet rolling new & better stuff might be out!

im a full time student and full time worker with more 13 units and more than 40hrs a week. i made the mistake of building my dream car and now thats all i spend my money on cause it was my daily driver! if it wasnt for my girl having an extra you would see me on the bus.

learn how to save and distribute your money! if not your going to be stressing about it later....

good luck on your project let us know when you got more stuff instead of papers with order #'s on it
