Cat. length to run a JDM 2.5" header on a b16?

Cat. length to run a JDM 2.5" header on a b16?

Tried searching but couldn't find the correct length to run a JDM header on my B16. Is it 17" or 16.5" flange to flange? I'm using a Greddy EVO2 60mm B-Pipe.
