Default DA engine/trans swap

i have a 90da w/ auto trans and blown engine. im buying a 91da w/ manual trans and good b18a it has severe body damage. anyhow on the swap any special things i need to switch over such as harnesses, computer etc. besides the basic engine, trans, shifter, clutch/brake pedals. also is the hole in the body for the shifter or do i have to cut one? any and all info greatly appreciated. this seems like a lot of work for such an older teg but i just couldnet stand to see them both crushed so i figured i make one good one
