Basically all of my intercooler hoses are silicone hose that is designed for water-cooled boat exhaust. Instead of using aluminum pipes with silicone couplers, I use silicone pipes with aluminum couplers. Has a lot more give and a lot less rattle than metal pipes.

It would be nice to be able to make 1-piece silicone hoses, but unfortunately the process involves an autoclave, which not many people have.

That's what I'm after... A custom intake to my turbo. I've got some crap space, and a rigid tube won't do it and the thickness of the regular coupler is too much.

Thanks for all the input guys.

Yeah, I just read through it. It looks simple enough (messy though)...

If you have a chance, AbitAvenger, would you take a couple pix???
