have LS vtec in 90 integra....with OBD0 ecu...now ive gotten this code with two different Ecu's and it'll limit the engine to 6100 rpm or so....it'll go away from the dash light when i stop and restart it and it won't limit the engine but it'll be blinking on the Ecu.....
The weird thing is i can redline the **** outta the car any where else through all gears and most freeways... It'll ONLY come on on the freeway when going up steep inclines sometimes???????

replace your o2 and make sure you check the wire connecting to it.. common problem but dont think it would cause your problem...

 

I have the B sensor jumped into the primary one....why don't both codes come on then??? anyone else have this happen to them???
