Default Blinkers don't work but hazard lights do?

I recently posted a topic where none of my lights worked except for the bright headlights which were stuck on all the time. I got up under the dash and found that the short wire harness from the headlight switch to the next plug about 12 inches long was fryed with bare wire showing and shorting together. I replace the harness and all the lights seem to work fine except for the blinkers. But the strange thing is that the hazard lights flash fine. Is there a seperate relay and/or fuse for the blinkers? If not any ideas on what the cause may be.

Thanks
