My friends very serious about buying a certain 94 LS, but when test driving the car,
there is a very serious vibration of the steering wheel at low speeds. It also pulls slightly to the right. The vibration gets better with higher speeds.

The car dealer says that its just a bump on one of the tires, but when we asked to see it he said he couldn't remember what tire it was on Has anybody experienced something like this?

My friend wants to get it checked out by a professional Honda technician, but he probably doesn't want to spend $50 on an inspection just to find out that the car is worth less than the repairs to fix it.
