Default Idle dont raise when aux's are on

Idle is good , I set according to manual and as decribed on this forum
(except it does not rise when headlight and rear defrost are on, it drops 150rpm or so)
the manual says it will go from approx 750rpm to approx 810rpm when I turn these on
instead it drops to around 600rpm, even after I let it idle in that state for a couple mins

what is doing this (I have cleaned my eacv thoroughly)

i wouldnt worry. stock tachs arent super acurate down low, or anywhere for that matter, just as long as its at the little line or higher you're good to go.

I understand the inaccuracy of the stock tach, but they wont say the rpm goes down when it actually goes up?
plus I can hear the rpms drop

Why would my rpms go down instead of up as the idle setting procedure says they will when I turn on the lights and the rear def?

Could there be an exhaust leak keeping the idle from being kicked up.

I had A/C but the hoses and compressor are pulled now. Would the a/c button still trigger the fast idle?
