EM1 Catalytic converter question

Would a Cat. converter with a 2.5" inlet/outlet fit and line up with the Greddy EVO2's 60mm(2.35") B-Pipe fine? This is assuming that I'll be running a header with a JDM 2.5" collector.

the holes should line up, i can bolt a 2" cat from my stock em1 to the 3" flange on my 240
