yes, the 88 (and 89 hf) doors fit on a 89-91 chassis. but not the other way around.
uh, i think the only seatbelt option is to retro fit the pillar mounted belts into the 90 chassis. you still have a bit of modification to be done. you cant put the door mounted belts on the 88 (and 89 hf) door.

no, it doesnt have to be HF.
the 89 HF doors are like all the 88 doors. for some reason only the HF's in 89 kept the same style doors. all other 89's are like the later.
