bert's says they're getting their 07 rr's in february.

it's a small dealership, but whenever i have dealings with temple city powersports, i'm always pleased with the results.

they're in temple city

Yeah, Temple City Powersports seems like they are good people now. They weren't always that way, though.

Don't do it! New bikes are a terrible investment. The depreciation on your new bike would be enough to make you cry.

Sorry for the grammar/spelling errors, final in 30 mins.

If you know exactly what you want and how much you want it for, it's possible to get a great deal at Bert's. More often than not, it's n00bs that come in and want such and such bike. They end up buying a more powerful, and expensive, motorcycle than they should because a salesman convinces them to do so. Most of the ones I have met have no scruples and would sell you anything to turn the biggest profit. Not to say there are not honest ones, but I haven't met any yet.

Well I doubt you will be able to get a good deal on a 07 cbr600rr becuase they are going to sell pretty easily. Chances are they wont budge on the prices too much.

30 or 18, it really doesn't matter. Your friend isn't going to be riding the bike for you. Experience is experience and I would really not recommend getting a new bike.

No one likes Berts cuz they bend you over with no lube at all.

i was looking at the new 6RR's and saw they wanted over 10k. Hmm, left over 749 or brand new 6RR.

I have to disagree. When I was 18 I thought i was the ****. Untouchable and on top of the world. Im a lot more grounded and level headed now. On a diffrent note I have found brand new'06 600RR's for $8500-8900.Perhaps I 'll get one of those instead.

LA Cycles off the 405 will most likely get you the best deal.

My friend got an 06 1000rr new for 10,200 out the door from them
