best way to get at stubborn bolts under my b16 in. manifold????

Default best way to get at stubborn bolts under my b16 in. manifold????

omg holy bloody knuckles, i cant seem to get the bolts underneath my intake manifold to remove it on my 00 civic si. is the best way to get them is from under the car??? its a stupied question but its a pain in the A$$

lol try a 95 gsr mani that has never been touched.... i got them from the top, just remove everything in the back that can be takin off. hoses etc... and go from there

yeah this is the first time that this manifold will be removed. all i can do is reach around and feel for the bolts. ill try and remove some other things

yeah, i first tryed mine from the bottom got pissed off ripped everything out of the way and took a break, then came back out and got them from the top, i used a wrench on some i think

exactly, ive been using a 12mm socket on all of them and i tryed using a extension and a 12mm wrench but absolutely no room for jacksh*it

yeah, when i tryed an extension the socket just slipped off, i used a socket and a wrench, i had to lean on my fender and put my whole arm under the mani

hey, i got a 70mm bbk tb and of course now im doing something with my manifold, but what do i do about tb & in. manifold gaskets? if everything is bored bigger what do people do???

see i got lucky my str 68 came with a gasket, i bought 2 of them, one for my teg and civic, i bought them both used and they both came with gaskets lol, i used a stock intake mani gasket though and my head is slighly p&p, if i remember correctly a stock gasket is a little bit bigger then the stock intake ports, i didnt have a problem with an oem gasket

oh ok, some of my friends think a 70mm tb is too big. i got is slightly used on ebay shipped to my door for $190, u think theres something wrong with a 70mm?

thats what im thinking about doing to try and save $, or i will end getting a used victor x (tb to manifold has already been milled for a tb) for around $300 shipped. oh i did find a gasket with the tb.
