My vaccum guage is acting funny...
I installed a vaccum guage today and I just went for a ride...I have a few questions about what they are sposed to do, I tapped it into the fuel presure regulator line and when I step on the gas it goes toward 0 and the when I quit accellerating it sits at 10...also it is seeing 22 in/Mg at idle....should I change the source?
Thanks
Stephen

Sounds like it's working fine...
Remember, your vacuum gauge is measuring the suction in your manifold, so the more you bag on it, the less vacuum is in your manifold. I have a Boost/Vacuum gauge, so it goes both ways, below zero while in vacuum, above zero while there is actual pressure (PSI).
At least I think that's how it works...heh...
Cheers..

That's normal, but when you hit the gas and then let off of the pedal then it should go back to near idle vacuum.
