A/C Belt and vacume line ?

Default A/C Belt and vacume line ?

What A/C belt do I use for my EK installing a B16A2 using the DX compressor.

I don't know how to post a pic but here is an explanation of the vacume line issue:
The vacume line coming out of the drivers side of the intake above the 4th intake pluntum on the drivers side there is a broken off flush line. If this makes any sense than is it needed?

Also there is a check valve right in front of it attached to the valve cover and the
metal vacume line/port is kinked. Is this necessary?
