H2B guys, which intake manifold provides more firewall clearance, euro R or skunk2
Are those two manifolds longer than the stock one? I know with my oem one i have plenty of firewall clearance, almost more than with a b-series.
euror without a doubt, the skunk2 is HUGE compared to it, and jams against stuff even in a larger accord bay. the euror is tiny, looks like a stock d manifold.

If clearance was an issue, and you wanted the skunk2 manifold... I believe you could cut down the Skunk2 manifold runners as much as 1/2" to 1" (where each runner is straight as possible) and re weld it...take some work and I am sure plenty of die grinder time to smooth out the inside...impossible no...

I'm sure this is possible.

As far as I know which isn't much
short runners are better for FI...and 250+ NA jobs...believe it or not honda was pretty smart with the stock H22A manifold...unless your pushing 220+ whp leave or modify the stock H22A manifold...I wouldn't be amazed from a direct intake manifold swap from Stock H22A to a Skunk2 if you lost power...all depends on the setup...

I know someone that made 205whp on a stock internal longblock and with bolt on's and that Skunk2 manifold. I have always heard bad things about them, still do. It's kinda like the ITR manifold VS the VictorX, the Victor X does really good on top and that's why we have used it in Drag, wouldn't surprise me if it would do well on the H22 as well.

i noticed a pretty big difference when i switched from a type-r style manifold to a victor-x on my b motor, never dynoed it though, along with some cams i dropped four tenths. I am thinking about maybe trying to fabb something up for the H.

Same with us.
I know the JG sheetmetal intakes do pretty good too.

Damn...whats a muffler doing on the intake? lol jk that setup is obviously what you call all out race...
From what I heard JGE manifolds do really well...they can make a special manifold to your certain specs and needs and for the money I believe it's not that bad of a deal...spend a lil bit more bypass the skunk2 and get a JGE...

il see what i can do tomorrow, you guys mind measurements in Centimeters as thats only what my measuring tape has got
