heater question

Default heater question

ive got a 90 rex dx and my climate control broke while i was uninstalling it i was told that i can do sumthin to make my heater always blow hot does anybody know how or can point me in the direction of a thread or sumthin that shows how to....i would buy one but since its hard to fine parts for crx's the wrecking yard around town wont atleast 75, and the dealership wants pretty much twice that i dont have the money to buy a new one so this is my only other option thanks guys

If you look at your heater hoses going into the firewall, one of them will have a valve on it. Turn it by hand so that it blows hot. That's basically what the ****/cable did.

okay which way do you turn it for heat??? and do you have to take off the dash to get to it??

when the valve handle is parallel to the valve body it's open. it's in the bay below and to the right of the fuel filter.
