i heard the AEM are alright to put on, because it doesn't change the crank pulley rather than the unorthodox pulleys.

they aren't bad, but they don't do much for the price, but look kool. i would honestly save your money for something that actually produces power. if that is what your looking for.

Yah, depends on what you're looking for. What they do is take stress off the motor by ligtening moving parts turned by the motor. Its one way to add power, but not the best.

If you want a crank pulley and want to feel a big difference w/ no powersteering then you should get the civic type-r N1 crank pulley.

ive been looking into unorthodox pulleys. you can underdrive the auxilary stuff like power steering ac alternator etc. but unless your building a car with absolutely no comforts then just get the unorthodox stock sizes which just lightens the pulleys. the SS pulleys will udnerdrive your auxilleries and give you al ittle more power. i think the rule is for every 10 lbs you take off the crank you gain 3% hp. correct me if im wrong. lightened crank and pulleys in stock sizes is what im looking for. dpends on your applcaition.

your car also revs a little quicker with a light crank pulley.
