JDM ITR cluster in 00 GSR?!?
Hi, just bought this ITR cluster...dunno what year it is, and I was wondering if it would plug and play in my 2000 GSR without any wiring modifications. Thanx

The cluster is from a 96 spec ITR. It won't work fully in your car until you swap the green circuit film from your GSR cluster onto the ITR cluster.
Then, you'll need to swap over the indicator, dummy light icons from the GSR bezel onto the ITR bezel (because the icons are in different locations, for the right side that is).

Well! Seem's like too much pain in the *** for me! So if anyone wants this cluster, I'm selling it! I'm also willing to trade it for a 98 + or sell it for 150 USD + shipping.

Dude, it's not a pain in the ***. If you know how to use a screwdriver, you can do this. Basically, unplug the bulbs, take a screwdriver and unscrew those screws (make sure you know which screws come from which gauge). Peel off the green film, and swap.

I don't have a procedure, but if you look at the back of the cluster, it's self-explanatory. Just remove everything that would prevent the green film from being removed.

I just removed the green film from the ITR cluster just now. As you said, just need to make sure that all the bolts match up for their gauges...but now, I take off my GSR cluster's film and I just put the GSR one on the ITR one? And after that I replug everything and it should work right?

Yes.
After doing this, you'll need to remove the CF bezel and GSR bezel, then swap the right most dummy light plates from the GSR to the ITR bezel. This is so your dummy lights are in the correct location.
To remove the bezels without cracking it, there are three screws in these deep holes equidistant from each other. Remove them before removing the bezels.

The bezel? Just remove the three screws from the rear and push in the clips

Very good...
Now take the GSR film and place it on the ITR cluster.

Now, on the back of the ITR bezel as shown above, use a flathead and carefully remove the dummy light icons (the circled ones). Swap these for the GSR ones.
Reassemble everything and wipe off all fingerprints on the gauge faces.

Oh yeah, add the bulbs for the Maintenance Light and Immobilizer Light from the GSR cluster to the ITR cluster.
You will unfortunately lose the SRS light, unless you want to swap over the SRS module on the cluster.
