Wheel Spin OR Clutch Slip - What Is My Car Doing?
In my Crx Im boosting about 12psi from a t3/t04e, maxing out my dsm 450's.
In first and second, once I get to 4500rpm and the turbo starts spooling, say it gets above 8ish psi the rpms just shoot up and it bounces off the revlimiter a couple times.
One thing I notice that might help is that the speedo climbs very rapdily when the rpms jump up like that, I think that would mean the tires are spinning but dont know if it would do that if the clutch was slipping.
I can do a roll on pull in 3rd and boost 10+psi and the car will do nothing but pull smooth with no rpm jumps
Im running 205/50/15 azenis, I have NEVER ever heard them making any noise, they dont squeel when I burnout, turn hard or anything. But the way it just jumps with the rpm in second Im unsure if the tires are spinning or the clutch is slipping

i have the same tires, they dont make noise either, dunno why, but its just tire spin, nothing to worry about

lol I know its nothing to worry about
Ive just never heard a car not make noise before when the tires break loose
And yeah the mph skyrockets when the rpms starts flying so i thought it was wheelspin to
