Default Steering problem "have searched, nothing specific enuff"

ok guys, i have a 1990 Dx hatch with the b18a swap in it, and it's hard not to notice the steering problem..

What happens is when i start to go over 35mph, i notice the wheels like to shift... when im going around a corner, i can be holding the steering wheel, and then all of a sudden, it decides to turn a little bit sharper.. nothing major, but nuff that if i correct it and it tries to do it again, it could get really dangerous..

i have replaced uppers, lowers, wheel bearings, studs, and outter tie rod ends.. i was going to replace my inners, but one of my friends told me it sounded like the rack. alignement has been done, and both tires are the same size, ballanced and are within spec... there is very very little play in the steering wheel and very little play in the wheels when its off the ground.. i notice this is an amplified problem when i get off the gass and the front end of the car drops back down.. not as much of a problem when i accel.. any ideas?

much thanks guys.. i just wanna try and figure out if it's the rack, cause if it is, im gonna wait till spring when i change the tranny.. if not, then i'll fix it now and just baby the car..
thanks

This may sound crazy but one thing that may cause this is when you tighten down your outer tie rods make sure the spindle is pointed straight forward. I have not officially encountered this myself to test it out but I know for a fact that ASE says this can cause pulling if you tighten your tie rods with the knuckles turned either direction, you must tighten them down with the steering wheel straight, I even had that question on my steering & suspension ASE test but I already knew the answer.

Since you replaced everything else I say give that a try. also make sure your struts are all good with none blown or sagging cause that too can cause pulling ( as well as worn bushings else where in the suspension)
