Default Did anyone use the extended tip turbo on a b series?

Like the title says i'm wondering if you guys have any numbers, i'm looking at getting the S256 but for the begining i'm looking at running 6-7 psi on a B16. So i'm just wondering if there is any experience out there with this turbo?

I looked at doing the same thing, but i was told that the S256 at low boost like that would have marginal gains over a similar Garrett turbo....

I'm actually not into it for the gains. My thoughts on the turbo charger were following, if i get the GT2871R my max power would be arround 380WHP,and that would be enough for me, but since people were saying that it's kind of missmached and it spools similar to the gt3071R i decided to look for that turbo but the max output now is 450Whp. Out of a sudden along came the s256 wich should spool the same as the GT30, so the advertisment is saying, but is making power up in the 550WHP range. Now i don't know when and if at all i'll ever use that power, but i figured since it spools the same i might just get that and have more room up top.
In the beggining my setup is a stock b16 with a thicker cometic gasket and arp headstuds.
