A radiator shop can fix that up no prob. They will pressure test and just solder it closed.
My brother got his fixed a while ago at a mom and pop shop... charged him 10 or 15 bucks.

i was watching "How its made" on the discovery channel and during the building process of the radiator, they heated up the fins and put the top and bottom on then melted lead to join the cuppling to the fins.
once you find where the leak is coming from, maybe you can repeat this process?

That is how they repair copper/brass radiators. Aluminum radiators use epoxy or are brazed together. Good luck getting solder to stick to aluminum.
I had a leaky tube in my rad. Just dried it out, cleaned it with alcohol, then JB-Welded that ish.
