changed the rad and still leaking???
sup guys, about 2 weeks ago my car was leaking prestone badly so I did an inspection and the radiator was done, so i've changed it. the car then looked to be fine until like 3 days ago when I saw green dropplets on the ground. The radiator is brand new and it's still leaking. I've also notice that my fans aren't working.Could it be that the prestone overheat because the fan does'nt do the job and then spill from the cap or a hose? Does anybody knows how to check if I have voltage going through my fan (even though they are activated by the ecu) and have any ideas where it could leak from?
Sounds like a bad fan switch, keep in mind your fans may not need to turn on depending on the outside air temp.
Did you change the hoese or thermostat? Are you sure the coolant is not coming from the pump, or one of the heater hoses?

the switch is on the thermostat housing if I remember correctly.
The cap is a cheap and easy replacement so try that. I would look closely at the hoses and see if one is leaking as well.

Did you replace the radiator with another stock one? When I had my stock radiator it would sometimes drip a little from the little hole under the drain plug on the radiator, but barely anything. I had it on pretty tight and it did that, so I tightened it super tight and it seemed to stop. (Since then it sprung a leak where the plastic and metal meet near the top which is common, and I replaced it with an all-aluminum radiator barn radiator for $130 or $140 shipped)
Also, check the hoses and cap like skunked said, and make sure the engine doesn't overheat and blow up with low antifreeze. Also, does the dripping come from around the radiator area, or near the timing belt area?
