melted stuff on pipe?

Default melted stuff on pipe?

I was checking my exhaust leak and i touched the main chrome pipe and melted a piece of my glove on it. How do i remove this resedue? any tricks?

is it on the chrome? If so, I would try a green scrubby pad thing (the kind you wash your dishes with). You can try using some carb cleaner its safe on metal of all kinds. just keep it away from your wind screen.
