Anyone else have this problem with their BBK TB?
Sorry if this doesn't below in this section but I figured alot of FI cars use this throttle body.
I have the BBK 70mm Throttlebody mated to a Victor X intake manifold. Sometimes the accelerator pedal inside the car is stiff. I adjusted the cable and the adjustment seems fine. I'm using the stock throttle cable from the d-series on my current B series motor. Sometimes, I'll be cruising in 2nd gear or 3rd gear and when I let off the gas and press again it feels like it opens abruptly and the whole car jerks forward. It's driving me crazyy. Is this some kind of defect that these TB's have? Does anyone else experience the same problem? Thanks for the input.

I know OEM Honda TB's use a sealed bearing on one side, and a bronze bushing on the other; springs on both sides of the shaft. Take the TB off and check both sides, maybe there's no oil on one of the bushings, or a bearing(s) is bad.
You could also just have an old, worn cable - check it out, see if something is binding.
