bad 02 sensor

bad 02 sensor
i think i have a bad o2 sensor
i get a code 1
and when i drive my car into the higher rpm my check engine light comes on
so i went to honda and the want like 220 for a new o2 sensor
would it be easier just to buy an o2 simulater?
i plan on turboing the sohc as soon as this damn cel goes away (if that matters???)
so
do i do i buy an o2 sensor or simulator??
