i know i should wait to get the yellows but dont have cash and i need new shocks my question is, are they more just for stock springs or would i be able to put a 2.3 drop on them for my 95 teg.

They are more of a replacement, but can handle slight drops.

Why do you need to replace your shocks?

i got my yellows from af-performance for $450 shipped a year ago. price shouldn't be too different now.

i only got 500 for shocks and springs. i was going to use the reds with a 2.3 drop all around

If you still have your stock springs on the car, i would consider just buying a used set of OEM shocks and wait till you have enough money to do it right.

i will sell you my set of reds w progress springs, 2.1 inch drop, for 425 shipped. less than 3k miles on it and it includes endcaps

thats weird that was exactly what i wanted soem sites say its 2.3 and others says it 2.1

right after i put them on, might have settled slightly, i have 205/40/16 tires on there




with my snow tires, 185/60/14's

nate_2k5.......quick q. how is that drop with the snow tires? i've got 195/60/15 size for stock rims and snow tires. im planning on a 2 inch drop in the front and a 1.75 in the back. would i have problems with those sizes?

This isnt pneumatic suspension. This is Coil over suspension. Shocks and springs...so to answer your question, it wont work witn air suspension...wrong site to be asking about air ride...

If you only have 500 for both, consider tokico illumina's. They can be had for 400 with lowering springs. Still adjustable, and give a decent ride quality.

How much money do you Actually have, because you can get yellows for 460.

i recently bought a skunk2 full coilover set. which is kind of unfortunate because i just got this suspension wired right so its comfortable to me
