Should work fine. I have 23x7.5x15 for mind, and i have no problem heating them up at all. I normally do 2nd gear burnouts with hardly any water.

i used 22x8x13 on my civic with b20vtec with bolt ons and worked fine. was averaging about 1.8 60ft times. have to get bigger wheels and slicks because of turbo.

no need to go that wide with a stock motor.

Even 20" slicks on some 14" steel rims will work pretty good for his application.

Ditto. Do yourself a favor and run a 20 inch MT. A 22 is overkill for your power level...especially with a GSR trans. About 200 years ago I tried 22s on my 170whp 1.8 and it killed my times by 3 tenths compared to my 20s. Third gear was long!

20s for sure since you say its an almost stock motor.

i ran 20x8x14 mickey's on my 4dr gsr when i had ITR cams and and CTR tranny.

i still currently run them on my built gsr motor in a hatch, run 2.0 60's on a non-prepped track. 13.51@99mph ..about 7500rpm in 4th

20's and proper pressure should do the trick for a stock engine
