Skunk2 or Blox will be fine.

By this, I assume that your B18C is a JDM SiR engine (similar to USDM GSR) with P72 stamped on the head. The ITR IM will not fit.

itr manifolds won't bolt up to gsr heads. if your motor is relatively stock, with blox or skunk2 you'll lose some low and mid range torque but you gain some rip at high rpm's.

yea lets lose power in the portion of the rpm range we stay in but gain mad vtec for the last 1500 rpm... ...Like I said before, stock head/cams wont take advantage of this manifold..

Do I sense some sarcasm?

Did I tell him to procede with the swap to benitfit performance, just stating the facts. Get off your pedestal.
