k20 swap on 97 integra?
the engine is at least 5k and then you need engine mounts, and a bunch of other parts. Then there's the cost of labor to do the swap. From what I've seen most people spend at least 8k or more. But it also depends what kind of k-series engine you get, it's 5k for the itr one, and the rest are cheaper. I'm sure someone else will come in and elaborate more on the subject.

you can get a wrecked type s for around $3k at a salvage auction, oftentimes with a complete interior which can also be used or sold. $5k for the engine alone would be a ripoff.
