Engine swap
I'm thinking about doing an engine swap with my 97 civic lx manual transmission. I want to put in a D18 vtec engine in. I've looked around the forms but couldn't find what kinda of transmission I have. Will the new engine mount straight to the transmission? And will I have to redo my engine mounts?

Just two examples of the number of times I've told you to stop being lazy, unfuck yourself, and read. We aren't here to spoon feed you. If you aren't willing to put in a modicum of effort, you aren't going to get anywhere in life, let alone in working on your car.

Neither of those threads are optional reading. Stop being lazy, stop expecting people to spoon feed you, and put in just a modicum of effort. Not only would you already have your answer by now, but you'd have the accomplishment that comes with knowing that you figured it out yourself.

It's not sarcasm. It's quite the opposite. You're being a lazy git, and after seeing one of you every day, it's really old. Stop expecting people to ******* spoon feed you, and go put half an ounce of effort into educating yourself. Had to made just a modicum of effort, you would have had your answer 5 hours ago.
