as far as the thief, it was that **** Kai Vorovongsa or whatever his name is that ripped off Yeah LS, Minty Dip, and who knows whole else...

Saw his car, which is now a PY JDM Front end ITR w/ CF hood, Spoon Decals under the mirror, and a ricey looking wing ...

Called the state police as soon as I saw him, they said they'd check it out. Hopefully they pulled him over and stuff, but I'm not sure if theres even a warrant out for his arrest so that would suck if he just got away.

You should have tailed him from a distance, discreetly.

Then when he parks, steal his license plates.

there's not too many ITRs around the western ny area...i've met most of the owners who do own ITRs around here, and the ONLY one i know of with a jdm front and cf hood and stuff like that is this thief...

also, i saw him before the Rochester NY exit, which is where he supposedly lives... i think he commuites from Binghampton to Rochester from his girl's house to his family's house
