Piece it together
Hey whats up again. Im thinking about stepping up the integra. Right now its an almost stock ls non vtec. Im thinking about tecin it. I would **** a flame if i could find a itr head to sit on top of that block. Although the b16 and the gsr are more common i would like to step it up alittle bit more. To give you a run down the motor was rebuilt. It had 160k miles on it then the block was sleeved and re honed while the head was decked, the valve guides replaced and the valves and seats were re cut. Now it only has about 6k miles on it and i deffinately think it could take the high rev capability of the type r head along with the added compression. I looking for some of your opinions because i am a leaf in the wind right now i could blow in any direction.
im thinking of staying all motor though, at least for right now. I ahev never owned a vtec car and im jonesin for one, but not just anyone. One that i built that i can run the ***** off of and not worry about over boosting on accident. I would do that cause i dont know when enough is enough. if i pulled up next to you in a turbo car and thought i might loose i would jack the boost up and blow it sky high. Im not mature enough yet. sorry. any other ideas

Yea if you like spending 5 grand to see 200 whp and less torque than a golfcart makes
Anyways OP if you insist on staying N/A just get a B16 head and swap the cams , mill a bit off the deck to increase compression or get different pistons to bump up the compression . And dont forget to tune , tuning is the key to making power .

Yes sir , if you want some real power look into things like ITB's (individual throttle bodies) or a better intake manifold , ported throttle body , and 4-1 header with a 2.5" collector , high flow cat and exhaust , and upgrade your cams and valvetrain . And like i said before TUNING TUNING TUNING !!!
