Default cleaning engine???

So im in the process of cleaning my b18c1 block and i've been using simple green and it works ok, but i was woundering if i could just use a pressure washer to clean it. I know the block is allminum so its not going to rust but what about the sleeves? would it be ok to power wash the inside of my engine? The block is bare by the way. nothing on it or in it.

Use a pressure washer.

im wondering the same thing right now. i wanna get all that really old cooked on oil from the crankcase. but for the 10 bucks to clean the hell out of it at a car wash w/ a pressure cleaner, you cant beat it. and if you ask me, the best degreaser by far, is superclean. but i would keep it away from the cylinder walls, it does some weird things to metal sometime.

Pressure washer works well, just dry it out good, and oil the cylinder walls so that they don't rust.
