It should be #29 in this diagram - note that this one is for a 1990 CRX Si.

I'm hitting a junkyard today to look for a used one. It's the same in the 90-91 non/AC Hatch as well.

That is it. I have them in all of my CRX's.

what is the advantage of using this part in a crx with no a/c?
(i understand that this replaces the evaporator.)
weight reduction? more efficient air flow?

I only had one of my CRX's that came with A/C, so my bypass tubes were already in there from the factory.

well yeah a little weight reduction, but if you take out you a/c completely then without the evaporator or replacement then i don't think you can use your heat.

no heat! HAHAHA
i live in so. florida so i have plenty of heat --- i dont have the heater core even hooked up. i removed my compressor, condenser, and the lines. i left the dash intact with the hope and dream that one day i will have A/C.

Swapping them out makes for more air flow big time. MY head use to suck and now it gets much warmer in the car.
