If you don't have XP try using a program such as Photoshop.

4- once you have the picture edited to a reasonable size you need to host it.
there are a few free ones out there, http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com is the main one to use then there are some others that I have found use full but you can only load one pic at a time. These are http://www.picuploader.com/ and http://imageshack.us/ .

5- Now that you have used one of these servers you will see a link, Cut and paste that on this site surrounded by [i m g] first and then [/i m g] last (just be sure to eliminate the spaces between the letters.) </TD></TR></TABLE>
