block guard or no block guard? Some people say they are garbage and some say they are good I have a b20 vtec with 11-5-1 comp. what do you guys think???????????

not worth it...dont use it.

 

im not going to say use it or dont use it, but i will say to the people who do, have the common sense to align hone and surface the block AFTER it is pressed in.

i love seeing guys just hammer it in with a dead blow hammer and put the head back on.
