Nothing, this is everything you would need... unless you wanted power mirrors, you would then just have to buy the actual power mirrors! All of the wiring for them is included!

yeah, I'm really suprised this hasn't gone quicker... it comes with the relay... only thing else needed are the power door lock actuators... and it's all oem... I will try and post some pics of everything laid out... there isn't a single clip broken or wire cut, at all... everything is absolutely mint!
