Default What are all the parts to do 5th gen SS to 5spd?

Since having my transmission rebuilt(best case scenario from a friend's friend) is going to cost me $600->$1300, I was considering to just have him do a 5 speed swap instead, and avoid future problems with the auto. What all would I need to do the swap?

I did search, both manually and with the search button. I didn't find the information I needed, so I made the topic.
