i have a 95 civic ex. the problem is that it is very hard to start when the engine is hot. However, when the engine is cold, it will start with no problem.

also, when the engine is warm, and i try to start it, i see a lot of white smoke coming from the tail pipe. it does not smell like coolant, it smells more like gas.

what could be wrong with it? please enlighten me
