o2 sensor Chaning Help

hi i have an 2000 accord lx, and i just wanted to know how to change the o2 sensor, is it remove and replaces are is there something else i should know about i dont wanna mess anything up. thanks oh is there a write up on this?

soak it with penetrating fluid for a couple hours and then use a good quality O2 sensor socket.

can i ask what is the soaking for? and where i can buy some?

Liquid Wrench; Kroil; PB-Blaster; stuff like that, you can get at car-parts chain stores.
