u mean build a motor to be as powerful as a itr motor?

itr motor is pretty cheap on hmotorsonline.com

its about $4100 for 195hp so idunno u do the math,

lets say u buy a LS and build it to get 195 hp, how much will u spend?

Also to note.. if you buy a used motor you have no idea the history on that motor so you'll be looking into additional funds for unforseen parts.

I would build one from the block up is what i meant by building one as in... say i was going to build an ITR basically an exact part for part as if i were to buy an ITR already put together and ready to go which would be cheaper?

I think that obviously buying the motor as a whole will be cheaper than buying each item part by part, unless you get some tremendous deals. For example, it's like buying each part for an Acura Integra GS-R from the dealership. It could come out to near $500,000, when the car as a whole costs around $23,500 when new.

You know theres other places then the dealership right? Dealer is just way to expensive for ANYTHING unfortunately there is some crap you just have to get and the dealer, i mean obviously buying a complete motor is just way easier and have had friends have great motors buying them complete, i just hate not knowing plus alot of money to HOPEFULLY get a great motor, at least if i build it i know what im getting, either way both arent going to happen very soon anyways so i got time to think about what i wanna do, OH plus when building a motor you can take your time and not spend all at once....freakin a i dont know.
