problem starting... sometimes....
sometimes, mostly when its really cold, i can start
there is power, the lights, radio work just fine
i turn the key, nothing
once it does turn over, then it catches right away, but sometimes it just doesn't start to turn over
i'll sit there for like 5 min trying, go inside, come back a few minutes later, then it starts........??????

When it doesn't start, if it doesn't even turn over, I would suspect the starter solenoid contacts are worn down. You can rebuild your starter with a kit from Toyota (Honda doesn't sell the kit) for Denso starters. There's a thread here somewhere if you search for it.
