Default my problem with b18/b20 buildup

i have a b20z block & i'm gettin an b18c5 (crank) j-spec from a spoon n1 moto!
i want to run civic typeR rods with some 12.1 compression pistons with jun stage 3 cams, spring/retainer (crower) & a 1off custom toda/4age 4i.t.b. ecu is chrome and 375cc injectors with a walbro 255pump,typeR flywheel & crank pully.
but most of all the block will be shaved for that stroke & it will still retain the stock sleev so my question is can it hold up?????
i would to make around 235whp cause i'll be revvin the hell out of it
so how dose 9500rpm sound?
and do you think i can make 155 ftlb??
but can the block hold up???
